House of Props NY brings the one-of-a-kind pieces created by Events by VF and New Image Productions into a rental collection for NYC events. For years our teams have designed and built custom pieces for unforgettable celebrations. Now we're giving those pieces a longer life, available to planners, designers, and anyone who wants to create something beautiful.
Every event starts with an idea and a team that makes it real. House of Props grew out of both.
For more than a decade, Viktoriya and her team have been creating celebrations across New York, from weddings and bar mitzvahs to birthdays and baby showers. Every event is built around the people celebrating it, with new décor, structures, and details designed for each one. Over the years that meant countless one-of-a-kind pieces, used again and again at our own events.

Their precision and craftsmanship mean these pieces are built well enough to be used again and again.
