Both options are available on every request — here's what actually changes between them.
Pickup is from our Queens, NY location, by appointment, at no extra cost. We handle loading the piece for transport — you just show up with a vehicle that fits it (we'll tell you what that means for your specific piece when we confirm the request).
Delivery covers NYC and NJ and is quoted by ZIP code when you submit your request — closer, easier-access addresses cost less. We handle drop-off; for larger pieces, ask about setup when you request.
Either way, timing matters. Standard rentals cover your event day with return the next business day — if your event needs a piece for a full weekend or extra setup time, say so when you request it and we'll quote the extended period.
Nothing is charged upfront online — pricing, deposit, and pickup or delivery details are all confirmed with you directly before your request is final. Full terms live on our Rental Policy page, and the day-to-day version is on How to Rent.
